IKE Activity Week

Objective

AGCW and the German Amateur-Radio Club (DARC) invite all telegraphists to participate in their annual Activity Week to the UNESCO immaterial heritage “Telegraphy”. The activity week takes place around the Intenational Day of Cultural Heritages (17 October).

This activity is not a contest. The objective is to promote the amateur radio bands with activity in telegraphy (CW). Participants make normal QSOs and exchange their name, their QTH, rig information etc.

Evaluation

QSO-Points:
Each complete QSO (documented are Date, UTC, Frequency, Mode (CW only), RST, QTH and name) in the definde frequency range count 1 point. QSOs on the 17 October give two points. Contest QSOs do not count! Each call sign counts once per band and day.
Bands and Frequencies: 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 m in the upmost 10 kHz of the CW-Segments.

7030 – 7040 kHz
10120 – 10130 kHz
14060 – 14070 kHz
18085 – 18095 kHz
21060 – 21070 kHz
24905 – 24915 kHz
28060 – 28070 kHz
Total: Sum of all QSO points without contest QSOs.
Logformat: ADIF
Technically: Each record has to contain the fields QSO_DATE, TIME_ON, BAND or FREQ, MODE,
RST_SENT, QTH and NAME. Other fields will be ignored.

Awards

Every Participant will be enabled to download a certificate after the event.

Results

Results will be published on the result page.

Software

Any Software able to create ADIF files.

CW (A1A) only.
